At GMGI’s Annual Education and Workforce Development Conference, we speak about and renew our collective responsibility to often-overlooked students who wish to advance their education and build meaningful futures. Our agenda has focused on expanding access and educating students, and training providers and prospective employers about the viability of STEM careers for all. These pathways not only lead to promising careers but also provide employers with a diverse talent pool of certified individuals who are eager to apply their skills, take on new challenges, and contribute to the organization’s overall success.
