2024 Science Forum

This year’s Science Forum brings together new and established leaders in marine science including speakers from Scripps Institution of Oceanography, Harvard University, Marine Biological Laboratory, University of California Santa Cruz, University of Miami, Northeastern University, University of Massachusetts, and Haverford College. Although these institutions are based in the United States of America, the speakers and participants at our Science Forum work globally including developing and island nations (e.g. Palau, Indonesia, Panama).

Topics highlighted in the 2024 Science Forum include coral reef conservation, Anthropocene genomic change in marine fishes, using environmental DNA (eDNA) to support fisheries assessment and conservation, and genomic underpinnings of migratory behaviors in fish.
