Lori Correale

Lori brings over 25 years of fundraising, volunteer management, community engagement, and marketing experience across mission-driven organizations. She joins GMGI from Rockport Music–Shalin Liu Performance Center, where, as Director of Development, she led a team in expanding major gifts and annual giving, partnering with the CEO and Board. Previously, Lori was Director of Major Gifts at Oxfam America, overseeing a team and a major-donor portfolio during a multi-million-dollar campaign. She also served as Director of Advancement at The Governor’s Academy, building the Parents Fund and laying the groundwork for a capital campaign. Earlier, she spent 13 years at MIT Sloan School of Management, culminating as Director of Alumni Giving. Throughout her career, Lori has consistently collaborated with major donors, senior leaders, boards, and volunteers, excels in strategic campaigns, donor cultivation, and leading teams to exceed revenue goals.  Lori enjoys helping donors explore their passions and connecting them with their philanthropic priorities.
