Chelsea Gardiner

Laboratory Technician and Teaching Assistant

Chelsea Gardiner comes to us with a passion for marine biology and its contributions to our lives on land. Originally, from Long Island, NY, Chelsea graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a B.S. in Animal Behavior and Ethology. Prior to joining us at GMGI, she spent three years at The John B. Pierce Laboratory – Yale working in neurophysiology, where she focused on developing fluorescent and bioluminescent biological tools derived from marine organisms. Currently, she is studying through the University of Denver to earn her M.Sci in Environmental Policy and Management. In her free time, she enjoys playing pick-up field hockey, and hiking around with her dog, Bee.
