
Glen Warren
Glen has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and visionary in the energy industry having co-founded four companies and led four IPOs that raised total proceeds of over $3.8 billion. While serving as President, CFO and a board member of both Antero Resources and Antero Midstream, Glen and his small team raised over $1 billion of private equity and over $10 billion of public debt and equity. Prior to his career as an entrepreneur, Glen was an investment banker in New York for 10 years, where he raised all forms of public and private capital and advised natural resources companies on strategic transactions.
Glen and his wife own a coastal farm on the North Shore where they, along with their farm team, provide naturally grown produce, eggs and protein to over 250 families on the North Shore through a community supported agriculture (CSA) program.
Glen holds an undergraduate degree in interdisciplinary science and a law degree from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from UCLA. He serves on the board of trustees of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) in Denver and previously served on two other public company boards as well as the board of trustees of Kent Denver School.
